On October 15, the second strategic session of the FinTech Committee of the IT Ukraine Association took place. Participants focused on key industry development issues and practical solutions to enhance the competitiveness of Ukraine’s FinTech sector on the international stage.
During the session, the following topics were discussed:
Representatives from iPay.ua, Devlight, UAPAY, RozetkaPay, MicroF1, Payoneer, Juscutum, SupportYourApp.
In particular, the strategic session focused on the issue of interaction with government authorities. Participants stressed that the importance of effective cooperation with government agencies is a key factor in creating a favourable regulatory environment and increasing transparency in the sector. Such interaction will not only contribute to the development of the industry at the national level, but will also become an important tool for strengthening the confidence of international partners and investors. Reliable partnership with the state will help to consolidate Ukraine’s reputation as a stable and safe location for FinTech investments, which is a strong argument for attracting external players to the Ukrainian market.
The strategic session also included a market and stakeholder mapping process, which will be translated into a catalogue format for analysing the market and its participants.
The FinTech catalogue will contain data on key market players, including an analysis of current trends, achievements, and challenges within the industry, as well as forecasts regarding future opportunities and growth prospects. The Association will use this catalogue in its international activities to attract new partners, clients, and investors, as well as to promote Ukraine’s tech brand across sectors.
