On October 16, the webinar ‘Choosing a country to open an R&D centre: what to look for’, organised by the IT Ukraine Association in cooperation with Asters law firm, will be held. 

 

Expert Oksana Petrus, Counsel, Head of IT at Asters, will share the details that should be taken into account when planning such a project.

During the webinar, you will learn what to look for when choosing a country to open a new office. The key aspects will be discussed, ranging from the assessment of the investment climate to non-obvious issues in the areas of tax and labour law. Oksana Petrus will share examples of successful projects in Poland, Romania and Mexico, as well as current trends that will help in decision-making.

 

The event will be useful both for those planning to set up an R&D centre abroad to attract new talent and for those looking for solutions for a Ukrainian team that has found itself outside the country.
