IT Ukraine Association has become a partner of the Children of Heroes Charity Fund, the largest fund to support children, who have suffered losses due to Russia’s military aggression.
As part of the “IT Schoolkids” project, ITU collects and hands over computers and laptops to educational institutions and foundations to provide access to uninterrupted distance learning for Ukrainian children whose families have been affected by the full-scale war.

More about the Children of Heroes Charity Fund
The Children of Heroes Charity Fund supports children who have lost one or both parents due to the full-scale invasion. The foundation offers primary financial aid, psychological and legal support, and fosters the education and growth of these children until they reach adulthood.
As of the beginning of September, 6255 children were under the care of the Fund, including 932 IDPs, 48 children who lost their mother and father, 146 children with disabilities, and 808 children from large families.
Last year alone, the foundation provided assistance amounting to $1.19 million, and by the end of August 2023, this amount has already reached over $5.1 million.
