The very first challenge we faced in wartime was to relocate our developers to the West of Ukraine during the first days of the War. The Association provided extensive advisory support on relocation and adaptation issues. All participants were provided with information about hubs, relocation opportunities, cooperation with city administrations. We received great support in the implementation of our volunteer intentions. The Association is an opportunity to be a part of the best IT community. First of all it is there to share best practices. One company organized the relocation in a great way; other provides completeness to entire units of the Armed Forces of the Ukrainian or Territorial Defense Forces. Someone has already opened full-fledged offices in other countries. ‘Viribus unitis’, they say.
