SoftBees : Feedback

SoftBees

Tetiana Dashevska

Co-founder & CEO,
SoftBees

At SoftBees, we undertake business trips approximately every two months. Their purpose is to search for partners, develop networking, and raise our visibility on the international stage. This is an important part of our strategy. The trip to Baku, organised by the IT Ukraine Association, was extremely beneficial for us.

Firstly, we already have partners in Baku, thanks to which we were able to achieve maximum synergy. We held online meetings beforehand and had follow-up offline meetings as part of the delegation.

Secondly, the delegation was accompanied by the leadership of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, which contributed to productive discussions on the development of digital technologies and cooperation between the state and business.

Thirdly, Azerbaijan is one of the countries where business and the state work together, creating favourable conditions for proper representation.

Finally, the transfer organised by the Ukrainian Embassy and the attention and hospitality of the host side made our visit as comfortable as possible.

It was a unique platform where companies that usually compete showed a different approach—unity, mutual support, and openness. Together, we represented Ukrainian business, IT, and the FinTech ecosystem, creating an atmosphere of trust and partnership. This would not have been possible without the support and organisation by the IT Ukraine Association.
