ITU Member YouScan has entered the top five most popular systems for Social Media Listening, according to the recently published ‘State of Social Listening 2025’ report.
As per the survey results, YouScan is now used by 10.5% of specialists in the field, marking a significant increase from 7% last year on a global scale.
This year’s ranking saw only YouScan and Talkwalker rise to higher positions. It is worth noting that Talkwalker was recently acquired by Hootsuite.
