Work with CRM through AI

NetHunt CRM has become the first among Ukrainian CRM systems to launch the ability to work with AI tools. Users can now connect ChatGPT, Claude, and other compatible AI services to the CRM system and interact with data through simple text queries. This makes it possible to turn data into real actions: instantly find information, analyze customers, and update the CRM without manual searching.

 

These new capabilities are available thanks to support for MCP (Model Context Protocol) — an open standard that is changing how people and artificial intelligence interact with software. Now, instead of manually searching the CRM system, you can simply ask the AI. And most importantly — this requires no custom integrations, no developer involvement, and no complex setup.

 

Unlike closed AI solutions, integration via MCP gives businesses several strategic advantages:

  • No limitations: With MCP, you are not restricted by the functionality provided by the CRM developers — you formulate a request, and the AI will find the necessary data and perform the required actions in the CRM.
  • Universality and cross-context: You work in your favorite AI assistant, which can simultaneously analyze data from the CRM, your documents, and your email, drawing conclusions at the intersection of different systems.
  • Instant access to innovation: As soon as a more powerful model of ChatGPT, Claude, or another tool is released, you can immediately use it to analyze your sales.
  • Transparency: You can verify which data the AI used to generate its answer and understand where the information came from.
 

Once connected, users can work with folders, records, and activity history in NetHunt CRM through AI queries. For example, you can ask the AI to:

  • show all activity for a client over the past week;
  • summarize the history of interactions with a company;
  • analyze the progress of a specific deal;
  • create or update a record in the CRM;
  • create tasks for managers based on specified conditions.
 

The main advantage lies precisely in the depth and speed of analysis. Previously, to understand how work with a client was progressing, a manager or executive had to manually review correspondence, calls, status changes, and activity history. Now AI does this in seconds and notices things a person can easily miss. You can learn the state of your sales with a single prompt.

 

Users can phrase their requests just as they would when speaking to a human assistant. For example:

  • “Show all deals from the past week that had no activity.”
  • “Analyze the history of work with this company and summarize the latest agreements and objections.”
  • “Which marketing campaigns brought in the most quality deals last week, and how did they progress through the sales funnel?”
  • “Which deals are currently at the highest risk of being lost, and why?”
 

Previously, AI could only give advice based on what you told it. Thanks to MCP, it interacts directly with up-to-date CRM data and builds its answers on real facts. No manager can physically keep hundreds of deals in their head at once — but AI can, and it analyzes them faster than a human.
