The USAID Cybersecurity Activity is a 4-year project aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s cyber preparedness and cyber resilience through systemic reforms, building Ukraine’s human resources in cybersecurity, and partnering with the private sector. Under the third component, the team plans, in particular, to support the development of small and medium-sized businesses in cybersecurity and to promote partnerships and investment ties.
What the CyberAccelerator UA is
During the three-month CyberAcelerator UA program, the selected product and service IT companies will receive mentoring support and assistance from cybersecurity and business development professionals. During the acceleration, participants are expected to develop a clear strategy and business plan to promote their cybersecurity solutions in the Ukrainian and global markets.
Both IT product companies (early-stage & pre-seed) and outsourcing companies that already provide or plan to provide customers with cybersecurity services can apply. Among the requirements are registration of the company/branch in Ukraine, experience in the local market for 1-3 years, and the team’s willingness to work on a new product/service.
The CyberAcelerator UA team plans to accelerate 50 cybersecurity companies in groups of 10-15 teams in three years. Also, the organizers’ team will answer any additional questions at the online
