In November 2023, Yalantis celebrated its 15th anniversary. Yalantis is entering the new year of 2024 with Denis Rudenko as CEO. This strategic decision is in line with the company’s vision for future growth and technological innovation in the new year. Denis Rudenko, previously COO, succeeds co-founder Olexandr Kholodov as CEO, who has become President of Yalantis and will focus on developing new business lines.
The change in leadership took place in the context of strategic planning and consideration of further ways of developing the company. Oleksandr Kholodov and Sergey Fesenko (Chief Financial Officer) remain co-owners of the company.
My duties now encompass strategic management of the company and its development. This is a great responsibility and I am grateful for the trust placed in me. We are thoroughly considering our long-term positioning and the growth of our business portfolio. Our primary objective remains to further strengthen our relationships with our current clients, improve our services, and increase customer satisfaction.Yalantis’ positioning as a technology partner is unchanged, though we will place a greater emphasis on AI&ML, Data & BI, IoT technologies, and strengthen our position in global markets. The change of leadership at Yalantis symbolizes not just a change of roles, but also a renewed scaling strategy. Structural changes within the company have also taken place, but the overall organizational framework and operations are not affected.
Yalantis assures that organizational and operational changes do not affect the overall strategy of hiring Ukrainians in Ukraine and abroad.
