ЕРАМ

The rapid growth of the company, seen at the beginning of the year, has prompted the creation of new opportunities for young talented professionals. Beginning September, the Junior + candidates outside EPAM will be able to master the professional standards of the Middle-specialist level during two months and move to a new position, without losing competitive financial compensation. Training is carried out online, so specialists from all over Ukraine will be able to make a quick leap to the Middle position and join the company.

The two-month full-time program includes internships on training projects under the guidance of EPAM experts and mentors. The first five directions will be the popular now Java, DevOps, .Net, FrontEnd, Test Automation. The peculiarity of the Train2Middle program is that its students will receive financial compensation throughout the training period. The training involves solving daily project tasks and cooperation with mentors up to 40 hours a week, as well as independent work with materials on a flexible schedule. At the end of the program, each student will have a final interview, the result of which may be a proposal for cooperation with the company with increased compensation in accordance with the new level of knowledge and skills of the specialist.

This is a unique offer for Junior professionals who have not yet joined EPAM. We help to speed up the transition to the next professional level and join more interesting tasks that involve higher levels of expertise and responsibility, which Middle-specialists have. This career acceleration will contribute to the professional growth of the specialist, to strengthening of the EPAM team, and the development of the industry as a whole,
— said Denis Grynyov, Head of Training Programs at the EPAM University.
The criteria for selecting candidates are ordinary – level of English, a technical interview and another one with a recruiter. Wherever you are in Ukraine, you can register to participate in the program.
