Accelerating business digitalisation is a key priority of the IT and Innovation Committee of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine (FEU), established with the participation of IT Ukraine Association.
At its inaugural meeting, the Committee presented key IT trends shaping the development of Ukrainian companies, along with insights from the Code of the Economy study, highlighting the measurable role of technology in strengthening the resilience of Ukraine’s economic sectors.
The Association’s work within the FEU IT and Innovation Committee ensures systematic representation of the IT industry across all sectors of the economy, promotes Ukrainian and other trusted IT solutions, and provides high-quality technological expertise for businesses of various profiles.
The meeting, chaired by Mariia Shevchuk, Executive Director of IT Ukraine Association and Head of the newly established FEU Committee, and Yuliia Honcharova, Deputy Director General for International Relations and European Integration at FEU, also covered joint efforts across European integration tracks, as well as relevant events and initiatives for FEU members.
The Committee will focus on delivering practical outcomes: supporting Ukrainian enterprises in their digital transformation and strengthening the voice of the IT industry at both national and international levels. IT is already embedded in every sector — our task is to make this synergy systematic,
Mariia Shevchuk emphasised.
The next steps will include identifying the needs of FEU members and developing a roadmap for the Committee’s activities in the field of information technology.
