Tech Girl Event – Global Initiative for Teenagers

Valtech Ukraine 35% of consultants are women, and – 63% are in the leadership team, according to the internal data gathered in June 2021. The first-ever Tech Girl event was designed and hosted by Valtech Sweden in 2014. Further, the other Valtech offices picked it up and made it global. Canada, the USA, Brazil, India, France, Germany, and, of course, Ukraine regularly invite local schoolgirls to take part in Tech Girl. During these years over 500 girls around the whole world took part in this program. For Valtech, the global Tech Girl initiative is not only about introducing young ladies to the basics of coding but also about empowering the next generation of leaders in a rapidly accelerating industry, whose future depends on their input Valtech is committed to diversity and inclusion to drive the business results and create a better future every day for the employees, global consumers, partners, and communities. A strategy for global diversity, equality, and inclusion has been developed and implemented since 2020.
