Synergy 2022: Introducing the first three Speakers

Later this month we will hold our traditional educational IT-conference Synergy. IT Business & IT Education: New Horizons! On June 24, 2022, we plan to bring together our guests and more than 20 experts to jointly discuss current realities in the IT education world. We introduce you to our speakers and the topics of their speeches. Glad to present you our first three speakers.

Denis Grinyov, Head of EPAM University Programs in Ukraine gives a talk on “Improving the quality of education – myth or reality?”. Denis is an advocate of the in-depth cooperation between universities and IT companies based on joint training modules and research projects. Thanks to his work experience in academic universities and the IT industry, he successfully implements educational and training projects in Ukraine. He believes that having high motivation and a sufficient level of training will lead to achieving great success.

Anton Chorny, CEO & Partner, GoIT talks on “HardFun: Switchers’ education – fun and effective”. Anton is on the “Forbes 30 to 30 years” list in the IT category. He has got PhD in the development of programmers’ competencies. Anton knows and loves to create educational products that use technology to help learn programming in a fun and effective way. Tetyana Voloshyna, HR BusinessPartner, TECHIIA with the “Effective career trajectories in conditions of uncertainty” speech. Tatiana is an expert in human resource management and career couching. Has more than 9 years of HR experience in large and growing companies. Main fields: pharmacy, insurance, IT (service and product companies). Tatiana has also been involved in career couching for more than 6 years and been helping people solve difficulties in their careers, has conducted more than 1,000 job search and next career steps consultations. She has been blogging about job search and career since 2012. Tetyana conducts webinars, including charity ones, on career issues and, together with colleagues, organizes events for the HR community to support and share knowledge. At TECHIIA, Tatiana is involved in the implementation of HR-processes at the level of all holding companies. Registration by link
