One industry – different goals
Each of the three thematic blocks will be featured by top-notch international experts, including Kerry Hallard, Global Sourcing Association; Jan Erik Aase, ISG Research; Daniel Riley, Aon Hewitt.
This year, Software Development Forum members will have 2 specialized tracks: Visionary and Aspirational, whose topics are tailored to meet the needs of different IT companies.
Visionary – a track for medium and large companies that form the basis of the Ukrainian IT industry and are already active in business with markets in many countries. During this flow, along with the participants and experts, we will talk about the advantages and disadvantages of positioning the IT industry in Ukraine, the best cases for scaling through mergers and acquisitions, modern approaches to attracting young talents, the impact of corporate culture on company performance, and more.
Aspirational – part of the forum, created for representatives of small companies that are rapidly developing and strive for sustainable growth. Among the key topics of the track are the main stages of the development of a successful IT company, attraction of investments and additional financing, effective cooperation between Sales and Delivery departments, topical HR metrics and HR retention programs.
All participants will be free to visit both streams, regardless of the type of ticket.
