SharksCode Joins the AI Committee of IT Ukraine Association

Publication date:

  • 09.06.2026

Publication from:

SharksCode

SharksCode, an IT company, has become a member of the AI Committee of IT Ukraine Association — an industry platform that brings together leading players in Ukraine’s tech sector to collaboratively shape the country’s artificial intelligence development strategy.

The AI Committee focuses on AI regulation, engagement with government institutions, sharing practical experience in implementing AI solutions, and promoting the responsible use of AI in business. The Committee actively involves companies in discussions on the market’s most pressing challenges and in developing joint initiatives in the field of artificial intelligence. Another key priority is promoting effective and secure Ukrainian AI solutions and creating opportunities for their scaling, including through participation in international technology events,

representatives of IT Ukraine Association note.

SharksCode, which is already a member of IT Ukraine Association, joined the AI Committee in May 2026. Participation in the Committee provides the company with direct access to dialogue with government bodies and leading technology companies. SharksCode plans to share its practical experience in implementing AI solutions and contribute to shaping approaches to the development of Ukraine’s AI industry.

At SharksCode, we build on three pillars: innovation as the foundation of growth, people as the highest value, and responsibility as a core operating principle. We build products that impact the quality of business processes, and we want this approach to scale. That is why it is important for us to be part of the process that shapes the rules for the development of the AI industry in Ukraine

said Anton Aseev, CEO of SharksCode.

SharksCode will be represented on the AI Committee by Svitlana Onishchenko, Chief Human Resources Officer at SharksCode. The decision to appoint the company’s CHRO as its official representative is intentional. HR became the first area where SharksCode systematically implemented proprietary AI solutions, building significant hands-on expertise in the process.

One such solution is Akulyna, an AI agent that has fully replaced the company’s onboarding intro process for new employees. Akulyna independently handles at least 12 hours of work previously performed by a People Partner for every new employee, allowing the team to focus on higher-value tasks.

According to Svitlana Onishchenko, SharksCode is steadily developing its own ecosystem of AI agents that are already integrated into real business processes. In addition to Akulyna, the company has launched a sourcing agent for recruitment. A management-focused version of Akulyna and an agent that monitors the hiring funnel are currently undergoing testing.

SharksCode already has practical experience in implementing AI solutions in real business environments. We want to share this expertise across the industry. Our goal is to help ensure that the development of artificial intelligence in Ukraine is systematic, responsible, and people-centered,

said Svitlana Onishchenko, Chief Human Resources Officer at SharksCode.
