The Compliance Automation Platform (eCAP), developed by ITU Member ELEKS,, has won in the Security Product of the Year category at the Business Awards UK 2025. The platform was recognised for its effective approach to automating security processes and helping organisations meet modern cybersecurity requirements.
eCAP helps companies automate and manage compliance with security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA. Built-in policy and control templates allow clients to quickly start their certification processes.
eCAP is also used as part of ELEKS’ commitment to transparency with its clients: they can track the progress of their projects and receive security metrics as part of the proactive third-party monitoring concept.
This solution was our team’s internal response to the need for improved information security processes — both for ELEKS and for clients using our security consulting services. The team’s goal was to create a product that would support knowledge sharing, expand the range of services, and automate compliance workflows. The foundation of the platform was the experience and expertise gained through our consulting projects.

Experts from ELEKS’ Cyber Security and Quality Management teams contributed to the development of eCAP. The platform is a commercial product and is available as a standalone service for external clients.
