ITU Member Sales’Up has released a new product based on the Creatio platform — Sales’Up ChatBot Communication for Creatio. This marks the first time when a new tool began selling even before its official release and publication on the marketplace.
From Development to Successful Implementation
Product development began a year ago at the request of VAV SYNERGY, a company specialising in overseas employment. The goal was ambitious — to create a universal mechanism for automating routine processes and reducing the workload on operators. Despite the fact that the official launch is happening only now, the solution has already been purchased by about 10 companies.
For VAV SYNERGY, the chatbot automatically selects vacancies by country and provides users with all necessary information.
The second client was the VIDI dealership center, which uses the bot for external communication regarding promotions and service maintenance reminders. The auto center’s customers gained independent access to information through a personal account directly in messengers and a knowledge base with a personalised approach.
Continental Farmers Group, an agricultural holding that leases land from over 20,000 people, uses this solution for quick communication with landlords through Viber, the most popular messenger among property owners. This proved to be much more effective than creating a separate website with a personal account.
Key Advantages of Sales’Up ChatBot
Functional Capabilities
SalesUp ChatBot for Creatio allows setting up chatbots in popular messengers (Viber, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, WhatsApp) for various scenarios:
A special feature of the product is that the chatbot has access to the Creatio CRM system data, but the user doesn’t necessarily need to be registered in this system. This is also financially beneficial for companies with a limited number of Creatio users.
SalesUp ChatBot for Creatio allows companies of any size to transform their communication strategies, save resources, and focus on what really matters — development and growth.
