Recruiting processes at Biosphere digitized by IT-Enterprise

In particular, the project covered the following features within Recruiting from IT-Enterprise that help to quickly create an internal database of candidates and employees:

• Add favorite candidates to the internal database from job sites and social media;
• Inform the participants of recruiting business processes on the work progress;
• Publish vacancies on job sites and social media;
• Get information on the outcome of communication with the candidates;
• Regulation of recruiting business processes: from creating a recruiting request to issuing an employment order.

In 2022, Oleg Shcherbatenko continuously emphasized in the media and his presentations that the all-out war in Ukraine is a driving force in modernizing HR policies in both the public and corporate sectors and thus retaining qualified workforce. The Ukrainian product company IT-Enterprise is currently working on the second phase of ERP implementation at Ukrposhta. Since the full-scale war started, the tech company has completed a number of critical projects nationwide. It is actively focused on digitizing business processes in Ukrainian and international companies to promote process efficiency and sustainability in the context of military aggression.
