INSPIRE (Institutional Accreditation for Sustainable Progress, Innovation and Excellence of Ukrainian Higher Education System towards European Integration) is a project aimed at introducing institutional accreditation within Ukraine’s higher education system and integrating it into the European Higher Education Area. It is being implemented in collaboration with leading Ukrainian universities, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, and partner organisations from Norway, Poland, and Germany.

The project’s goal is to establish a sustainable institutional accreditation framework that will:

• Reduce the administrative burden on universities
• Raise the quality of higher education and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Enable greater flexibility in developing educational programmes in line with labour market needs
• Support the integration of European education quality standards
