MODUS X is strengthening its partnerships with leading Ukrainian universities by signing a memorandum of cooperation with the National University Lviv Polytechnic. This step opens a new level of collaboration between education and business, creating opportunities for students to gain relevant knowledge and for businesses to attract talent ready to meet the challenges of today’s market.

The signing took place within the framework of Talentverse X — a large-scale initiative by MODUS X aimed at developing an ecosystem for talent acquisition and building partnerships between business, universities, international and government organizations, and technology vendors.

We invest in youth development because education is the foundation of the future. Lviv Polytechnic combines deep traditions with a modern vision, and it is in such an environment that leaders of digital transformation are born. For us, it is important not only to provide students with knowledge but also to help them apply it in practice — in real projects that are changing the country

said Snizhana Katsyuba, Chief Human Resources Officer of MODUS X.

The partnership include:

  • Joint educational programs — MODUS X will contribute to the design of curricula to ensure that students acquire practical skills aligned with industry needs;
  • Internships and practice — students will be able to gain hands-on experience and take part in internships on real projects;
  • Guest lectures and training sessions — MODUS X experts will share knowledge, trends, and case studies directly with students.

Partnership with MODUS X is a new chapter in the development of our university and an opportunity to create an environment for students that closely reflects the needs of today’s economy. Lviv Polytechnic has always supported initiatives that combine academic knowledge with practice, as this very synthesis prepares young people for real market challenges. We are confident that joint projects with MODUS X will become a powerful driver for innovation, engaging students in relevant technological solutions and fostering a new generation of leaders who will shape the country’s future

said Nataliia Shakhovska, Rector of Lviv Polytechnic National University.

We are convinced that modern IT education must be closely integrated with real business. Cooperation with Lviv Polytechnic is a key milestone in implementing our strategy to strengthen partnerships with educational institutions. Knowledge exchange, open access to MODUS X’s internal training programs, and student involvement in real projects will help shape a new generation of qualified professionals ready for rapid change and market challenges

emphasized Mariia Shydlovska, Head of Learning & Development at MODUS X.

The signing of the memorandum with Lviv Polytechnic National University is an important step toward building a sustainable and effective ecosystem where education, business, and youth unite their efforts to develop innovative technological solutions that will contribute to Ukraine’s growth.
