ITU Member MODUS X has successfully completed its BA Bootcamp, an educational program designed as a launchpad into the business analysis profession for beginners and career changers. The initiative combined intensive training with hands-on experience on the company’s internal projects — with a strong focus on developing no-code/low-code expertise. The five-month program consisted of two core stages.
During the first two months, participants studied the fundamentals of business analysis — including requirements gathering, user story creation, process mapping, diagram building, and collaboration with development teams.
This was followed by a three-month internship, during which participants worked on real-life cases, communicated with stakeholders, tested solutions, and prepared project documentation.
BA Bootcamp is part of our talent development strategy. We’re not just filling roles — we’re building an internal talent pool of people who already understand our processes and culture,
— said Maria Shydlovska, Head of L&D at MODUS X and Program Lead.
The program included over 14 educational sessions, two practical workshops, and regular Q&A meetings with mentors. Each participant was paired with an individual mentor to support their development — both in technical and soft skills — throughout the program.
The initiative delivered strong results:
According to Oleksii Vygodski, Head of Enterprise Apps and Development at MODUS X, this format allows the company to shape teams with people who think like analysts from day one, understand the value of technology, and take a business-oriented approach.
That’s how real change agents emerge in teams and products,
— added Oleksii Vygodski, Head of Enterprise Apps and Development at MODUS X.
Throughout the program, the team emphasized not only technical skills but also the ability to see the business value behind solutions.
A strong analyst in a project environment is a team player who understands dependencies, works with uncertainty, and keeps the team moving toward results,
— explained Andrii Tykhonov, Head of Project Delivery at MODUS X.
Participants highly appreciated the opportunity to gain practical experience during the learning process.
I was impressed by the intensity of the lectures and the opportunity to communicate directly with trainers. I’m now happy to be part of this company,
— said Heorhii Petriv, a program graduate.
What impressed me most was how quickly we started applying our knowledge in practice. Now I’m part of the MODUS X team,
— added Polina Borovyk, another graduate.
The program also proved to be an effective talent acquisition tool.
All interns were truly strong, motivated, and full of potential. This is a new generation of professionals ready to drive transformation,
— summarised Denys Chuiev, Head of Business Analysis at MODUS X.
The BA Bootcamp was delivered by the MODUS X L&D team in cooperation with functional leaders and program partner Creatio. The company is already working on new initiatives to provide opportunities for future participants.
