SMARTFIN

SMARTFIN LLC is a Ukrainian software product company that develops and operates SMARTFIN.UA, a cloud-based platform for automating accounting, tax accounting and reporting, and HR administration for small and medium-sized businesses.

The project was launched in 2013. As of 2026, the platform is used by more than 11,000 sole proprietors and companies. SMARTFIN LLC is a resident of Diia.City.

SMARTFIN.UA is delivered as a SaaS solution and requires no installation. A single web-based workspace brings together source documents, bank transactions, data from software cash registers (PRRO) and card acquiring services, inventory and fixed-asset accounting, payroll, HR documentation, tax accounting, preparation and submission of statutory reports, and electronic document management using qualified electronic signatures (QES).

The platform integrates with banks, electronic document management providers, software cash registers, and the taxpayer e-cabinet of the State Tax Service of Ukraine.

SMARTFIN.UA is used by IT companies, Diia.City residents and IT sole proprietors, for whom foreign-currency income, invoicing international clients, and compliance with the requirements of special tax regimes are relevant. The platform is also used by outsourced accountants and accounting firms that manage multiple clients within a single shared workspace.
