On 15th October 2024, American University Kyiv invites you to an open masterclass by one of the most virtuosic masters of negotiation, Danish academic and practitioner Mikkel Gudsoe. This event is particularly special as Mr Gudsoe has joined the AUK team as a visiting professor.
Date: 15 October 2024 Location: AUK Campus, 3 Poshtova Square.
Event Programme: 17:30 – 18:00 — Registration and welcome coffee. 18:00 – 19:00 — Theoretical basis for negotiations, introductory case. 19:00 – 20:00 — Practical part: case study of Cristiano Ronaldo. 20:00 – 21:00 — The role of AI in negotiations, secrets from the master.
The language of the masterclass will be English.

Mikkel Gudsoe is a leading Danish expert in negotiation and a great friend of Ukraine. He is a visiting lecturer at AUK. Mr Gudsoe has significant experience in national and international negotiations. His clients have included Philippe Starck, Paris Hilton, and Cristiano Ronaldo. For nearly two decades, Mikkel has been teaching negotiation at Aarhus University as an honorary associate professor and leads the module on “Strategic Negotiations” at the University of Southern Denmark. He is also a certified trainer in the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), enabling him to effectively assess participants’ personal profiles. Mr Gudsoe has repeatedly led Danish and international teams to victory in negotiation and conflict resolution competitions.
