Specifically, Luxoft took home the prizes for “Well-Being & Health” and “HR Analytics”. This was thanks to the Luxoft LuxGood and Well-Being initiatives, which represent a comprehensive ecosystem of useful opportunities for professionals looking to gain new knowledge and skills while maintaining good health.

This contains well-being content such as e-learning courses for specialists on various topics including healthy eating and burnout prevention. In addition, this space contains training guides for managers and specialists on efficiency, work-life balance, and building a healthy team atmosphere, as well as the Kids Hub where kids can find online activities on logic, design, video blogging, and Java.
As part of the well-being events program, Luxoft invites its community to listen to and interact with well-known speakers. For example, recently there was a speech by Mike Wiking, a well-known author and expert on happiness.
This is a special hotline by which specialists or their relatives can consult on legal or psychological issues.
As for the second award, this came as a result of our HR Tracker project, by which we innovated how we worked with data and developed new ways to visualize and utilize it.
