Let IT Be: The Digital Solutions Marketplace — a New Impetus for Ukrainian Business and IT

On 9 September 2025 in Kyiv a landmark event for Ukraine’s business and IT community took place — the launch of Let IT Be: The Digital Solutions Marketplace. The event was organised by the IT Ukraine Association in partnership with Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, with the support of UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group.

It brought together innovative software developers, government representatives, and small and medium-sized business entrepreneurs on a single platform to provide fresh momentum for the country’s digital transformation.

The Digital Solutions Marketplace is an online service available via the Diia.Business portal. It enables companies to quickly find the software they need — from CRM systems and fintech solutions to cybersecurity tools and e-commerce platforms. For businesses, it offers direct access to a wide range of tailored technology solutions, while for IT developers it creates an opportunity to showcase their products to SMEs seeking digitalisation tools.

Thanks to the Marketplace, Ukrainian IT products will benefit from national-level support and promotion, significantly accelerating their scaling and adoption. The Marketplace is updated on a regular basis, ensuring that entrepreneurs always have access to the most relevant IT solutions. Importantly, IT companies can submit applications to feature their products and services on an ongoing basis, fostering the continuous development of the catalogue.

A particular highlight of the presentation was the pitching session, where attendees were introduced to the first software solutions to be included in the Marketplace catalogue. Ukrainian developers and integrators showcased ready-to-use tools for various industries, while participants had the opportunity to engage directly with the creators of the products.

Participants of Let IT Be were also introduced to the outcomes of the “Hostile Software” project, which is aimed at promoting informed choices and supporting businesses in their strategic transition to secure digital tools — in particular, replacing Russian software with Ukrainian and international solutions.

Today, Ukrainian businesses require not just digital tools, but reliable and secure solutions that will serve as the foundation of their resilience. The launch of the Marketplace is the industry’s systemic response to this demand. We are not simply warning about the risks of hostile software — we are offering a concrete, convenient pathway to high-quality alternatives developed by Ukrainian companies. Our goal is to show entrepreneurs that excellent and competitive solutions are already here, just one click away. And most importantly, they guarantee security, which in today’s environment is not optional, but a key driver of success,

— commented Mariia Shevchuk, Executive Director of the IT Ukraine Association.

Functional, high-quality, competitive and, above all, secure alternatives developed by Ukrainian companies already exist. The Marketplace showcases technological solutions tailored to diverse business needs, providing an additional boost for the development of the domestic IT market and accelerating the digitalisation of small and medium-sized enterprises across all sectors in Ukraine.

The “Let IT Be” event is organised by the IT Ukraine Association with the support of UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group. The marketplace for digital business solutions is being created as part of the Diia.Business national project by the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office, with support from Helvetas and the IT Ukraine Association.
