LCF Law Group, a team of lawyers with deep legal expertise, strong industry specialisation and over 15 years of experience in the Ukrainian legal market, is now part of the IT Ukraine Association!
As a strategic partner, the company goes beyond traditional legal advisory services. It conducts in-depth analysis of clients’ business models, risks and opportunities, supports the achievement of transactional objectives, responds to regulatory changes, and represents clients’ interests in courts and arbitration proceedings.
LCF Law Group’s clients include international corporations, investors and market leaders who rely on the company to address highly complex legal, tax and regulatory challenges.
For a law company that systematically works with the IT sector, membership in the IT Ukraine Association is a continuation of our professional responsibility – to remain actively engaged in shaping the regulatory framework of the industry,

LCF’s lawyers are also actively involved in socially significant initiatives. In 2025, LCF Law Group was recognised as Pro Bono company of the Year by Social Impact Awards EMEA 2025 (Legal Benchmarking Group).
The company undertakes pro bono projects and participates in numerous social initiatives. LCF supports the Armed Forces of Ukraine, including units in which their colleagues – lawyers currently serving in the military – are deployed. In October 2022, the company founded the charitable project “DAKH” and contributed to the reconstruction of a residential building destroyed in Irpin.
LCF Law Group also acts as the legal partner of the Impact Business project, which promotes the development of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine. The company collaborates with a number of medical institutions in need of support and has for several years assisted the beneficiaries of the Zaporyka Charitable Foundation – children undergoing cancer treatment.
The team is further engaged in initiatives aimed at improving Ukrainian legislation and harmonising it with EU standards, as well as in long-term partnerships with medical institutions and cultural projects.
