On October 1, on the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, a new project titled “Military Leadership” was launched in partnership between Kaizen Hub and the international IT company ELEKS. This project offers a series of discussions in which researchers of military strategies and experienced commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will share their knowledge and practical approaches to leadership.
The “Military Leadership” project opens up strategies and tactics used in the army to the audience and demonstrates how they can be adapted for successful application in other areas — from business to team management. Each episode of the programme is dedicated to a specific topic, allowing for a deeper immersion into the specifics of military leadership.
Each episode will feature a meeting with experts in the field of military leadership, including both academics and commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with extensive combat experience. They will reveal the key principles of effective leadership and their practical application in everyday life.
This project provides a unique opportunity to understand how military approaches to leadership can help achieve success in any environment. Students will learn how leaders in wartime make critical decisions, motivate their teams, and ensure that missions are accomplished.
The programme can be viewed on the Kaizen Hub YouTube channel via the link, and it is also available on all podcast platforms here.
