The webinar speaker will be Maksym Nosarev, Founder&CEO of ITU Partner Tretten Lawyers.

Romania is one of the most attractive countries for IT businesses in Europe. For many, this is an unexpected fact when considering not only business jurisdiction but also life abroad. If you are operating in the international market, it is crucial to know where your business and you will receive the best conditions — as these conditions change annually.

The discussion will cover the following topics:

  • Why Romania is becoming the new hotspot for IT opportunities: Underrated facts;
  • Taxation peculiarities of doing business in Romania;
  • Romania VS the most popular Estonia: A practical comparison;
  • Scenarios for using a Romanian company for residence permits and business purposes.

Tretten Lawyers has a representative office in Romania (Bucharest) and is a legal partner of Transilvania IT Cluster (the largest IT cluster in Romania). The company is also ranked in the Top 30 Tech Lawyers in Central and Eastern Europe by The Recursive listing.
