Join us for the first of the ITU HR Talks ‘HR and Mobilisation: How to Maintain Business Resilience’

On Wednesday, October 8th at 16:00 Kyiv time, an open online meeting will be held on the topic ‘HR and Mobilisation: How to Maintain Business Resilience’ as part of the ITU HR Talks webinar format in Ukrainian, organised by the IT Ukraine Association and members.

ITU HR Talks is a new expert-led initiative aimed at supporting and developing the HR community in the IT sector. The project features a series of regular online webinars dedicated to current challenges, practical case studies, and innovative solutions in HR management. The webinar topics are highly diverse and practical — from the implementation of artificial intelligence to mental health and veteran integration — based on the real demands and needs of IT companies.

The webinar speaker will be Yuliia Daineko (Chief Operating Officer at JEVERA). 

The discussion will cover the following topics:

  • HR: the chief architect of the exemption process — from strategy and preparation to communication and trust;
  • HR as a mediator between the state, business, and people. how to adapt complex processes to the technological culture of business;
  • The balance of responsibility: a culture of trust and a readiness to act together. the boundary between the personal and the professional;
  • The transformation of hr processes and tasks: what has changed since the implementation of the exemption processes.
