Specialists from the state-owned enterprise INFOTECH, ITU Member company, have successfully completed an important stage in the modernization of the Electronic Map of the Holodomor. This large-scale GovTech project demonstrates how modern technologies can transform thousands of pages of archival documents into a powerful, accessible, and multifunctional research tool with forensic value.
The updated functionality was presented at an international roundtable at the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The implementation of this project is a direct response to the challenges of modern warfare, providing online access to facts about the crimes of the totalitarian regime and countering Russian propaganda.

This will further enhance the research value of the resource, providing the legal and historical community in Ukraine and around the world with the most verified data and a technological platform for studying the crimes of totalitarian regimes.
