is a space for quick solutions and long-term change. By combining advocacy, education, and corporate social responsibility, we act where the industry needs influence: from regulation to human capital and corporate responsibility

ADVOCACY

We speak the language of business with the government.
Objective — to create a predictable and favourable regulatory environment for the technology business.

What we do:

Participate in working groups with committees of the Verkhovna Rada and ministries, promoting key reforms (mobilisation, reservation, digital platform taxation, labour relations, taxation of virtual assets, ban on hostile software, sanctions on the IT sector against the russian federation, lobbying)

Represent the industry in negotiations regarding Ukraine’s EU accession

Cooperate with other associations and regional clusters to form a unified position

We are part of the secretariat of the first self-regulatory organisation in Ukraine in the field of artificial intelligence
