The IT-Enterprise team and the Ukrainian division of the international retail group LPP — which operates more than 400 stores of the Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, House, and Sinsay brands — have completed the implementation of a comprehensive digital financial system. The technological core of the project is the IT-Enterprise platform. The IT solution made it possible to minimize key financial risks and prepare operational processes for peak loads, particularly during discount seasons.
IT-Enterprise is a Ukrainian product IT company with more than 35 years of experience. It supports the digital transformation of the country’s largest real-sector enterprises. Among its clients are DTEK, Interpipe, Ferrexpo, Nibulon, Ukrposhta, Ukrnafta, Ukrzaliznytsia and others.
The new IT system has enabled centralized accounting, transparent control of financial operations, and a significant reduction in the workload of LPP Ukraine’s personnel.
Full digitalization of financial accounting was the key goal of implementing the new accounting system. The IT system is configured with maximum process automation while fully maintaining financial controls — from HR and payroll accounting to goods and services management. This enabled accurate control of the payment calendar, improved Cash Flow planning, and completely eliminated the risks of cash gaps
said Maryna Samoylichenko, CFO of LPP Ukraine
IT-Enterprise specialists also ensured integration with the corporate system of LPP’s parent company, enabling automatic and precise synchronization of product movement data across the network.
We provided LPP Ukraine with a digital solution that ensures accuracy across all financial operations and integrates seamlessly with the parent company’s merchandise management system. Full automation of data uploads has made processes transparent and manageable. For retail, this means stable operations during peak periods, and for customers — timely product availability and high-quality service
noted Roman Yavorskyi, CCO of IT-Enterprise
Digitalization of financial and operational processes within a unified IT system strengthens retailers’ operational resilience and minimizes risks during high-load periods, including Black Friday and the Christmas and New Year seasons.
