Ukrainian industrial company INTERPIPE has integrated its production and trading assets into a single digital environment based on the upgraded x10 ERP platform from IT-Enterprise, enabling the synchronisation of accounting between Ukrainian and international offices in real time. This solution allows the company to centrally manage its assets, control production and supply chains, and track product costs and movements on global markets online.
Prior to the implementation of the new platform, various divisions, plants and international offices used different process configurations and accounting methods, which complicated rapid data collection and centralised management of multiple enterprises. In the context of war and constantly changing logistics and markets, the company decided to synchronise all processes on the modern ERP IT-Enterprise x10 platform.
The project was not digitalisation from scratch — it was a deep optimisation and consolidation of existing processes into a single management centre. Now all INTERPIPE enterprises in Ukraine and abroad operate within a unified digital environment. Optimising all business processes on the IT-Enterprise platform has allowed us to synchronise the work of our divisions, regardless of their geography or operational specifics. This has enabled us to adapt internal management processes to wartime conditions and create a foundation for further scaling,
said Serhii Saievych, CIO of INTERPIPE.
The digital transformation has allowed INTERPIPE to manage multiple enterprises around the clock and in real time by consolidating financial, management and accounting data, providing a complete picture of the company’s assets. At the same time, transparency in product cost calculation has been increased through the implementation of unified, optimised methodologies, which is critical for global competition and exports.
The new digital solutions also enable the monitoring of product movement worldwide — from production facilities in Ukraine to international clients — providing end-to-end visibility of logistics and sales. In addition, the transition to the upgraded IT-Enterprise x10 platform has improved data processing speed, system mobility in new working conditions, and compliance with international security standards.
The INTERPIPE case demonstrates how a large industrial corporation can become more flexible through digital transformation in conditions of instability and wartime threats. The IT-Enterprise x10 platform supports this process. By synchronising processes and accounting systems into a single digital environment, the company can manage enterprise resources in real time and significantly accelerate management decision-making under constantly changing conditions,
– said Oleg Shcherbatenko, CEO and founder of IT-Enterprise.
