IT-Enterprise, a national product IT company and a leader in domestic ERP systems, has completed the implementation of a comprehensive HR&Payroll system and a personal digital employee portal for Raiffeisen Bank, one of the largest banks in the country.
The digital solution has automated key HR administration and payroll processes and enabled integrated HR operations within a unified digital environment.
The implementation of the HR&Payroll system was carried out as part of the bank’s long-term transformation strategy, which focuses on digitalization. The unified system ensures information processing within an integrated IT environment, provides complete data for timely and well-informed HR decisions, and helps strengthen control over internal business processes related to payroll calculations and payments. This accounts for nearly 20,000 operations every month
noted Olha Naumenko, Chief Accountant at Raiffeisen Bank
The implemented system covers the full HR lifecycle: staff planning, employment administration, payroll calculation, reporting, and the personal digital employee portal.
We have had a long-standing partnership with Raiffeisen Bank and have successfully delivered digital transformation projects based on our no-code/low-code platform. This time, we implemented a unified solution that enhances and automates internal HR processes, aimed at efficiently supporting daily interactions between employees and the bank’s organizational structure
said Oleh Shcherbatenko, Co-owner and CEO of IT-Enterprise
The personal digital portal, as a self-service tool, provides remote access to HR data and key procedures, ensuring convenient and uninterrupted workflow for bank employees. Nearly 6,000 employees actively use the portal.
The project for Raiffeisen Bank continues IT-Enterprise’s portfolio of HR solutions implemented across various sectors of the national economy, including the financial industry. The company has previously digitized HR processes for the National Bank of Ukraine, Oschadbank, Credit Agricole Bank, and other financial institutions.
