On November 29, the third National Forum on Intellectual Property and Innovation, IP LET FORUM “INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: LAW, ECONOMY, TECHNOLOGY,” will take place in Kyiv. The forum will bring together leading experts in the fields of intellectual property, law, economy, innovation, as well as representatives from government bodies, businesses, and startups.
IP LET FORUM 2024 will address important issues arising at the intersection of intellectual property and innovation, including adapting national legislation to EU standards, developing Ukraine’s innovation infrastructure, digitisation in creative industries, and new practices in IP protection. Key topics of the forum include:
Commercialisation of intellectual property: turning ideas into profit.
During the forum, a panel discussion titled “Commercialisation of Intellectual Property: Turning Ideas into Profit” will be held. Participants will discuss the commercialisation of intellectual property and the transformation of innovations into profitable business opportunities. The panel will take place from 15:30 to 16:45, and speakers, including Andriy Chapkov, Government Relationship Officer at Check Eye, will share their expertise in IP, legal, investment, and practical aspects of innovation implementation.

More than 20 technological solutions will be showcased at the exhibition within the forum, including in the fields of MedTech, virtual reality, and engineering. The exhibition will serve as a platform for demonstrating the achievements of innovators, entrepreneurs, and scientific institutions, as well as strengthening collaboration between universities, businesses, and investors.
