The global IT company Intellias, with an office in Zagreb, triumphed in two categories at the annual Best Employer Brand Awards Adria 2023. Intellias was recognized as the Best Employer Brand and won the Best Employee Experience category with the IntelliHub project.
Best Employer Brand Awards Adria 2023 unites the strongest employer brands in Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, and other countries in the Adria region. Selecting the Best Employer Brand among large, midsize, and small companies, the expert jury evaluates participants’ strategies, internal and external communications, creativity, and innovative solutions. Intellias received the highest scores across all criteria.
