Intellias was listed as one of the world's best outsourcing companies

This week, Intellias headed the rating of Ukrainian IT-employers as a result of the research of the personnel market, published by DOU.  After expanding to over 800 specialists, Intellias received the highest overall score in this category. At the same time, in its group Intellias is the sole leader in all of the points assessed: professional growth, working conditions, management, salary and bonuses, recognition of work and communication with management. The rating gives an opportunity to view leaders in two sections – in categories according to the number of employees (“800+”, “200-800”, “81-200”, “80 and below”), and by separate cities. This year’s voting was attended by 15080 experts who could evaluate 1110 companies. You can only vote for the company that is currently working with a specialist. Voting is completely anonymous, free and open to all companies.  It should be noted that other members of the Association were also included – ELEKS, DataArt, Infopulse in the category of “800+ specialists”, SPD-Ukraine in the category “200-800 specialists”, SoftServe, EPAM, Astound Commerce and Computools were recognized as one of the best employers in different regions of the country.
