Intellias has released the company’s 2023 Sustainability Report, highlighting key achievements, operational improvements, and social impact.
The company’s priorities remained focused on the well-being and mental health of its specialists, creating transparent career and professional opportunities. Another consistent focus has been supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine and aiding the reintegration of veterans into civilian life. Intellias developed a multi-level reintegration program for veterans and continues to support Ukrainian military personnel, surpassing the $3 million milestone in contributions.
Each year, we prepare this report to reflect on what we have achieved and where we are heading next. Despite challenges, we continue to implement strategic initiatives that contribute to sustainable development. We keep building people-centered workspaces because people are the most important asset we have. We create opportunities for the career growth of specialists working on future technologies and support military personnel who defend that future in the Armed Forces. A sustainable and secure future is not a final destination but a dynamic process that we shape together today and this report marks an important point on our journey,
— noted Vitaly Sedler, CEO and co-founder of Intellias.
In 2023, the company focused on creating tools, programs and initiatives that encourage specialists to grow and independently manage their career paths. Among these is IntelliHub, an internal ecosystem of services that brings together all the opportunities the company offers its specialists.
For fostering corporate culture, values, and ensuring a comfortable working environment, Intellias regularly receives Ukrainian and international recognitions. Specifically, in 2023, the company was named one of the best employers by Forbes, DOU, EY, Great Place to Work, EXAME and Teamlyzer.
