Intellias recognized as the best employer among IT companies

Intellias has been recognized as the best employer among the largest service IT companies in the “1500+ employees” category according to this year’s dou.ua survey. This is the fourth time Intellias has received this award. The company was also named the best IT employer in the “+800 Employee” category in 2017 and 2018.  

This year Intelleias scored a stunning 98% in the General summary, 99% in both the “Company” and “Working conditions” categories, and 98% in the “Loyalty” category.

Such a high ranking in the DOU survey demonstrates that Intellias’ services and opportunities meet the current needs of its team. This year, the company paid special attention to the development of corporate culture and volunteer CSR initiatives, focused on projects in career and professional growth, and supported both mental health and educational projects. Intellias continues implementing its strategy of business globalization by opening development centers in eight countries around the world.

The DOU ranking began in 2010. Since that time it remains free and open for every Ukrainian IT company. In order to vote, the Intellias specialists were required to answer 17 questions. The questions were divided into six blocks, namely “Compensation”, “Working conditions”, “Career”, “Project (Product)”, “Company”, and “Loyalty”. A 7-point Likert scale was used for estimation.
