For the second time, ITU Member Intellias has been ranked first in the Forbes Ukraine Best Employers rating. Based on the results of an anonymous survey of the company’s employees, Intellias received the highest rating in the ranking.
The Forbes ranking aims to highlight companies that foster professional development, prioritise employee well-being, and support mental health in 2025. This year, Forbes Ukraine evaluated over 270 companies and selected the top 50 employers nationwide.

To compile the ranking, Forbes conducted confidential surveys among employees of participating companies. The Forbes team processed almost 48,000 questionnaires in total. Employers were evaluated across several key criteria:
Survey results were supplemented by expert evaluations and data from public sources. According to Forbes Ukraine’s methodology, companies were assessed on a 100-point scale. Intellias received a final score of 82.
During the awards ceremony, Roman Hapachylo, Vice President of Talent Management at Intellias, was also recognised and named among Forbes Ukraine’s TOP 11 HR Leaders. The recognition highlights Roman’s human-centered leadership, innovative recruitment strategies, active development of corporate culture, and talent management approach that is aligned with both business goals and employee well-being.
Intellias continues to receive both national and international recognition. This year, the company was listed among the top five in the “Family-Friendly Companies” ranking by the United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine and the CSR Development Center. Intellias also topped the Corporate Equality Index as the leading employer in Ukraine. Additionally, the company was recognised as one of the best employers among major IT service providers by DOU.ua and was included in STUD-POINT’s ranking of youth-friendly employers.
