Intellias took second place in the category of “over 1500 specialists” among the largest IT service companies in the ranking of Ukrainian employers. The voting was organized as part of the annual Dou.ua survey.
Intellias held the top position in this ranking for four consecutive years in previous surveys. Additionally, in 2017 and 2018, the company was recognized as the best IT employer in the “companies with over 800 specialists” category.
This year, Intellias received an overall score of over 97.0 out of 100. The highest scores were achieved in the “Loyalty” section with 98.4 out of 100 and “Working Conditions” with 98.3 out of 100. In the “Company” section, Intellias received 98.0 points.
This high appreciation of opportunities and services that Intellias provides to its specialists reflects the company’s fast response to colleagues’ current requests. In 2023, Intellias focused on implementing a values-based approach to all business processes and corporate culture development. The company also launched charitable and volunteer projects to support our defenders. The total amount of aid to the army since the beginning of the full-scale invasion has reached almost UAH 80 million. Intellias specialists not only contributed to fundraising but also initiated their own volunteer projects on the corporate platform IntelliShare.
Furthermore, the company devoted significant attention to the development of career and professional growth projects within the Growth Mindset program. These initiatives were recognized by independent experts and received several awards. For instance, the Growth Mindset initiative won the HR Brand Ukraine award in the “Company’s Cultural Code” category and secured first place in the “Training and Development” category at the nationwide HR Pro Awards.
The dou.ua Employer Ranking has been conducted since 2010 and is free and open to all IT companies in Ukraine. To cast their votes, our specialists answered 17 questions about Intellias. The questions were divided into six blocks: “Compensation,” “Working Conditions,” “Career,” “Project,” “Company,” and “Loyalty.” The assessment was conducted on a 7-point Likert scale.
Furthermore, DOU and the Employer Branding Community recently published the results of their joint study on the companies, where IT specialists would want to work. The companies were evaluated by junior and senior IT professionals. According to the results, Intellias was listed among the most attractive workplaces. Specifically, the company took the fourth position among senior-level specialists and was listed sixth in the general ranking.
Intellias was recognized as one of the best employers in Ukraine and abroad multiple times. The company has been receiving the highest scores in employers ratings by Forbes and EY for several years in a row. In August 2023, Intellias was included in the Forbes Ukraine list of the 25 best employers for veterans. Last year, the company received a Great Place to Work award in Poland and Spain, as well as a silver award from the Bulgarian Forbes HR & Employer Branding Awards competition.
