Intellias, an ITU Member, has once again been recognised as one of the top 25 companies in the annual STUD-POINT ranking. The media platform highlights employers that actively welcome young professionals under the age of 25. Intellias received this recognition for its initiatives supporting young talent at the start of their careers.
The award aims to encourage companies to involve young specialists in their projects. The primary selection criterion is a company’s openness to hiring candidates under 25.
For many years, Intellias has been running and supporting various educational initiatives for students. In 2021, the company launched IntelliStart, an educational hub for students, IT beginners, and career switchers. Through IntelliStart, Intellias develops in-house training programs, partners with universities, and organizes regular webinars and bootcamps on both technical and non-technical topics. The hub offers training in various technical fields, including Frontend, Java, .NET, DevOps, Software Testing, etc.
At Intellias, we see it as part of our mission to support the professional growth of those who just start their IT careers. That’s why, in 2024, the first cohort of students successfully completed training at IntelliMapLab. This project was launched in October 2023 in partnership with the Faculty of Applied Mathematics and Informatics at Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. Within the lab, we designed a hands-on course in automotive engineering, and six graduates have already joined Intellias.

The company has long been actively collaborating with higher education institutions. Last year, as part of the IntelliDrive project, Intellias ran the “Mobility and In-Vehicle Solutions” course for the second time in partnership with the Faculty of Applied Sciences at the Ukrainian Catholic University. Additionally, at Lviv Polytechnic National University, Intellias experts contributed to the curriculum for students specializing in IoT and delivered JavaScript lectures.
Beyond that, Intellias specialists also mentor tech students, sharing their expertise with participants in programs that support Ukrainian women and girls pursuing IT careers. They regularly give guest lectures at universities, conduct career orientation sessions for high school students and applicants, and contribute to professional development programs for teachers. The company also hosts office tours for students and schoolchildren.
In 2025, Intellias will continue to expand its educational initiatives for IT beginners and strengthen its partnerships with universities. In particular, preparations are already underway for the next students of IntelliMapLab.
