GoIT Neoversity, in partnership with EPAM, is opening the first batch of bachelor’s programs in the specialty 121 – “Software Engineering”.
GoIT Neoversity is part of the GoIT group of international EdTech companies specializing in higher IT education. In 2023, GoIT received an award from Diia.City as the best EdTech and was recognized by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine as the leader in the number of employed IT Generation graduates.
GoIT Neoversity has more than 900 students studying master’s programs, and from July 1, 2024, recruitment to the bachelor’s group, developed in content partnership with the EPAM company – a world leader in software development and digital transformation of businesses, started.
Modern, relevant higher education in IT… once it was a dream of GoIT, but now it is a reality, says Anton Chornyi, CEO of GoIT Global and Rector of GoIT Neoversity. – We are proud that, together with EPAM, we have created a program that will allow Ukrainians to build a successful career in IT. This bachelor’s degree opens up new opportunities for young specialists in Ukraine.
What is special about the program
EPAM educational programs have already been implemented in many countries, and Neoversity is the first opportunity to obtain such an education in Ukraine. The bachelor’s degree has an official Ukrainian license of the Ministry of Education and Culture, and graduates of GoIT Neoversity receive a Ukrainian bachelor’s diploma EQF6, as in other “classical” universities.
During 4 years of study, future Aitivians will master a wide range of technologies. From the third year on, teaching at Neoversity is entirely in English, and learning is concentrated on real projects that will become the basis of a portfolio. Students will be helped with internships in Ukrainian IT companies, and an individual “happiness manager” will accompany them from the first day of study until graduation. The diploma thesis at Neoversity will be a startup, where students will go through all stages – from the development of project documentation to pitching to investors.
ERAM is an international technology company that has transformed its many years of experience and expertise in various practices into a high-quality educational product. Today, we are ready to share our experiences and, together with GoIT, provide students with modern higher IT education that would meet the expectations of the IT industry. We are glad that we can change the level of professional training of future IT citizens, and at the same time influence not only the Ukrainian, but also the global IT community,
adds Nataliya Ostashko, head of educational projects at EPAM.
