EPAM Ukraine continues to grow and expand in the southern region of Ukraine. Recently company has opened an office space in Kherson and signed partnership agreements with two local leading higher educational institutions.

This summer EPAM has opened an office in Odessa, the first company’s office in the Southern region of Ukraine. Now IT specialists from Kherson can also meet and work together in the new office space located in the city centre, on Yaroslava Mudrogo str. Next year EPAM plans to open an office in Nikolaev and put into operation a new expansive office space in Odessa.

Remote work has become a new normal for IT business. Our specialists are not forced to be back to work from offices, however company’s internal survey demonstrated that our colleagues prefer a hybrid format of work allowing them combine work from home and team-work at the office space. Over 300 IT specialists from Southern region of Ukraine already work on company’s projects and we aim to create the most comfortable working conditions for them,
— commented Sergii Garashchuk, Senior Director, Head of EPAM Ukraine South.
For more than 10 years EPAM Ukraine has been implementing educational initiatives in partnership with the country’s leading universities. Collaboration between the company and higher education institutions is a mutually beneficial partnership that helps to develop young talents and allows us to shape a strong IT community of Ukraine. Recently two more higher educational institutions – Kherson State University and Kherson National Technical University – have been added to the list of partner universities. «Students will have an opportunity to get hands-on experience on real IT projects, gain knowledge from experienced mentors, see the modern IT company from inside and choose their personal track for further growth, – commented Denys Grynov, Head of EPAM University Ukraine. – We can achieve the highest quality of IT education only through the synergy of business and educational institutions. That’s why we actively establish collaboration with universities helping students to gain practical experience, and teachers – to update their knowledge base”.
