Publication from:

UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group

ITU Partner UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, along with its partners, is opening registration until 23 March for an educational grant programme supporting entrepreneurial initiatives by veterans and family members of service personnel.

Participants will engage in educational modules on marketing, digitalisation, and business fundamentals over two months.

Every defender, every veteran, is our pride. At UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, we deeply appreciate your contribution to protecting Ukraine. That’s why we’ve created the platform ‘We’re proud.’ It’s our expression of respect, support, and recognition for your dedication and bravery. Each defender is special to us, a premium client. We have also established special conditions for the professional growth of demobilised veterans within our team and offer dedicated support to veteran-owned businesses. We believe in your potential and are ready to help you reach new heights: develop professionally, plan, and realise your business ideas through our grants. Ukraine is a place for plans. Together, we are building the future,

– said Andrii Kashperuk, Deputy Chairman of the Board and Director of Retail Business at UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group.

Veterans, as well as family members of veterans, military personnel, and those killed, captured, or missing, including spouses, parents, children (including adopted), brothers, and sisters, are eligible to participate in the programme.

The programme offers two learning formats:

  • Joint Lecture Series

Online education with a comprehensive educational curriculum. All registered participants will gain access. Entrepreneurs can also submit their business plans for mentors’ review, competing for financial support.

  • Intensive Lecture Series

Offline training at 11 Diia.Business entrepreneur support centres and a virtual bootcamp. 230 entrepreneurs will be selected to compete for financial support.

Upon completion of the intensive lecture series, 44 participants in the ‘Beginner in Business’ category will receive ₴200,000 each, while 20 participants in the “Experienced Entrepreneur” category will each receive ₴400,000 to implement their ideas. Additionally, two business projects from the online lecture series will be awarded ₴100,000 each for business development.

At the final event, Grand Pitch Day, the top 10 participants from the ranking table will compete for awards, including UAH 1 million in the “Beginner in Business” category and UAH 2 million in the “Experienced Entrepreneur” category. Furthermore, after completing the programme, 68 winners will have the opportunity for up to three free individual sessions with project mentors. Beyond theoretical knowledge, participants will gain insights into business psychology and access special offers from the technical partner “Vchasno.”

The training programme will have two categories: “Beginner in Business” and “Experienced Entrepreneur,” which must be selected during registration. For details and application submission, visit traiektoriia2.com

The educational grant programme ‘Trajectory 2’ is implemented by the network of Diia.Business entrepreneur support centres with support from Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation, the Office for Entrepreneurship and Export Development, with financial assistance from the Government of Japan and UNDP in Ukraine, Mastercard, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, and the “Aurora” multimarket network.
