De Novo, welcome to the IT Ukraine Association!

De Novo, welcome to the IT Ukraine Association!

Publication date:

  • 04.03.2026

Publication from:

IT Ukraine

De Novo — a Ukrainian national provider of IaaS and PaaS cloud services and data centre solutions with 18 years of experience in the domestic market, is now part of the IT Ukraine Association!

The company consistently advances a Cloud First approach and develops solutions that strengthen Ukraine’s digital sovereignty. At a time when cloud technologies were only beginning to gain traction, the team had already launched Ukraine’s first private cloud within the country’s first commercial data centre.

De Novo has joined the IT Ukraine Association because we believe that industry development is impossible without a unified position, shared quality standards and responsibility to the country. For us, this is a logical step — to be where the strategy of the IT market, digital sovereignty and Ukraine’s technological future is shaped,

— Maksym Ageyev, Co-founder and CEO of De Novo, comments on the company’s accession to ITU.

The company primarily partners with organisations that bear significant responsibility to the country — whether due to the sensitivity of the data they manage or the critical nature of their systems. As a result, De Novo maintains exceptionally high standards in operational processes and security. This approach is not always the easiest: the team is meticulous, thorough and, at times, deliberately cautious — because it operates without compromise.

Over the years, De Novo has built a strong core team that sets the standard: professionals for whom perfectionism and long-term strategy are not abstract notions but a working principle. The architecture of its solutions is documented in detail, reflecting the belief that excellence is not optional but essential. The company acts prudently, with respect for the complexity of its clients’ challenges and with a clear view to the future. De Novo maintains one of the highest Net Promoter Scores (NPS) in Ukraine, underlining the trust of its clients and the strength of its internal culture.

De Novo is a business that continues to invest in Ukraine even in the most challenging times. For the company, investment is not a reporting metric but a guarantee that the country’s critical IT systems operate without disruption.

Since the onset of russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022, De Novo has systematically allocated funds towards development, support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and contributions to the state budget, including:

  • Over $5.5 million invested in expanding and modernising cloud platforms and data centre infrastructure;
  • More than $2 million directed towards AI development;
  • Over $800,000 invested in strengthening cybersecurity and compliance with international standards;
  • Approximately $1.4 million contributed in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
  • $8 million in taxes paid, remaining within the Ukrainian economy.*

*On 26 February 2024, the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy officially commended De Novo for its significant contribution to supporting and developing Ukraine’s economy. A key factor was that the company paid one of the highest amounts of taxes among peers in its sector.
