Publication date:

  • 19.12.2024

Publication from:

Customertimes

Customertimes has presented its second annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report. In 2024 CSR report, the company highlights its approaches and initiatives aimed at creating positive impact, improving employee well-being, supporting charitable organizations, and helping Ukrainian society during the war.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, Customertimes has been supporting Ukraine. In March 2022, the company established the Give Back to Ukraine fund, donating over 16.4 million UAH to assist those defending the country or affected by the war.

This year, the company has focused on supporting Ukrainian children and society. In July, Customertimes contributed to fundraising efforts for the reconstruction of the Ohmatdyt children’s hospital, which was damaged during a missile attack. Additionally, the company has been actively involved in initiatives by “Blagomay”, including the project “Girl Power Ukraine”. Customertimes funded education for 20 teenage girls from vulnerable social groups. Through this project, the girls gained knowledge on gender equality, violence prevention, career opportunities, and financial independence.

Furthermore, by supporting employees’ volunteer initiatives, Customertimes donated 77 laptops, 89 monitors, and office furniture worth over 200,000 UAH to meet the needs of Ukrainian military units, schools, and hospitals.

In the “Business” section, the company highlights its customer-centric approach to projects, which involves diving deep into clients’ needs to deliver truly impactful tech solutions. It also features collaborations with other businesses and government entities, as well as contributions to local IT communities.

Among the many social projects Customertimes and its employees have supported are: Donor Day in collaboration with the Yanina Sokolova Foundation, Chestnut Run, Take Your Pet to Work Week, charity fair featuring branded merchandise, to support “Kosmotabir”, a project for children with disabilities launched by Bachyty Sertsem.

Customertimes also reports on various educational initiatives. For instance, the internal I CARE program enhanced employees’ communication skills with customers. Externally, the company collaborated with SET University, where Oleksii Popov, Global Director of Engineering Solutions at CT, served as one of the mentors for the “Solution Architecture” micromaster’s program.

At Customertimes, we strive to make a positive impact and contribute to making our world a better place. In 2024, we focused on employee well-being, prioritizing their mental and physical health, supporting initiatives from local and global charitable foundations, investing in Ukraine’s future, implementing ethical business practices, sharing knowledge, and promoting IT education. Together with our global team, we plan to continue growing these and other initiatives,

— notes Dimitri Sidney, CEO and Co-Founder of Customertimes.
