On June 10th in London ITU Member Ciklum, a global Experience Engineering firm and one of the largest Ukrainian IT companies, has confirmed its acquisition of GoSolve Group, a multinational development specialist in the Go coding language, cloud modernisation and DevOps. This deal strengthens Ciklum’s position in Eastern Europe by bringing in around 150 employees from Poland while also helping to cement Ciklum’s ongoing growth within the US market.
Ciklum has a global workforce of more than 4000 people, collectively demonstrating deep skills across engineering, design, products and consultancy, and helping to reimagine and redefine the futures of both business and technology. Ciklum creates digital products and exceptional customer experiences for a client base of more than 250 global enterprises and new digital disruptors, and has built a strong track record in Ukraine and beyond in next-generation product engineering and cutting-edge artificial intelligence.
We know that our clients want full, end-to-end Experience Engineering solutions combined with high performance computing, and bringing GoSolve into the Ciklum fold will enhance that delivery. With deep expertise in Go and high-performance systems, GoSolve enhances our ability to deliver next-generation, AI-powered experiences — enabling greater scale and cloud efficiency through highly optimised code. We’re proud of our Eastern European heritage and we’re delighted to add regional experts who share our deep cultural alignment in pioneering the future, allowing us to support customers with more innovative solutions together,
— said Raj Radhakrishnan, CEO of Ciklum.
GoSolve Group is headquartered in Poland, with offices across the country and also in Pune, India. Its global headcount numbers more than 150 and covers a complete range of Go-based development functionalities, including engineering, QA, product development, management and support. Importantly, GoSolve’s core client base covers healthcare and retail: two key verticals in which Ciklum has built deep experience and expertise.
Ciklum is a business that we have long admired for its success and innovation in Ukraine, Poland and beyond. We’re delighted to be joining forces with Ciklum’s global team, so that we can extend all the potential and flexibility of a forward-looking language like Go to enterprises and ambitious digital startups,
— said Marcin Wudarczyk, CEO of GoSolve Group.
This acquisition further enhances the spectrum of Experience Engineering capabilities Ciklum offers, blending deep technical expertise with an extended global footprint to better serve clients across markets. Both Ciklum and GoSolve share common values around working and culture, particularly across value delivery, proactivity and efficiency, meaning that the two organisations will be able to collectively strengthen and grow teams in key target markets.
