She Is Tech Conference returns this October for its third edition, bringing together thousands of women experts, innovators, and leaders in tech from across the world. The online conference opens space for honest conversations and practical insight on career growth, innovation, leadership, and inclusion in tech. This worldwide event is hosted by Intellias, a global tech company, with the support of UN Women.
The main event takes place online on October 23, offering access to fireside chats, panel discussions, and keynotes – all free to attend with registration. This year also adds something new: in-person workshops in Portugal, Spain, Poland, India, and Ukraine. These extra events offer networking opportunities, training, and mentorship sessions tailored to regional audiences.
The mission of She Is Tech is to foster gender balance in tech for now and the future. The program focuses on advancing equality, supporting women’s careers, and building solutions that empower women across the industry and beyond. This year’s conference will explore four critical themes shaping the future of the sector:
- Career Growth & Upskilling – how women are navigating shifting career paths and investing in skills that open new doors.
- Tech Innovation & AI – how women are shaping the future of AI and technology, driving innovation, and breaking new ground.
- Workplace & Culture – ways for building inclusive, supportive workplaces where women thrive and feel empowered to bring themselves to work fully.
- Leadership – what it means for women in tech;and how to lead with empathy, influence change, and inspire.
Last year’s two events brought together over 5,000 participants and 80 speakers. The programs generated 40+ hours of content dedicated to inclusion, leadership, and innovation. Behind the numbers is a community of over 1,700 members, women, and allies who believe that change starts with connection.
This year’s figures reflect the growing relevance and reach of the conference. Over 2,000 attendees are expected, 35+ speakers from countries like the USA, Colombia, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Ukraine, and Germany, and 30+ partner organisations. The event continues to grow not only in scale, but in significance.
Whether you’re a woman in tech, an aspiring professional, an ally, or simply curious, your presence matters. Together, we’re building a more inclusive future for tech.
