Presentation of New Business Development Tools: A New Stage in the National Project “Diia.Business”
This event is dedicated to enhancing the digital maturity of Ukrainian businesses. It will serve as a platform to showcase new tools that will help small and medium-sized businesses assess their level of digital development, determine their transformation path, and implement technological solutions to increase efficiency and competitiveness.
The goal of the event is to establish digital maturity as the new standard for the development of Ukrainian businesses. It is not only about implementing technologies but also about forming a modern business culture — where decisions are made based on data, processes are automated, and customer interactions are more effective and personalised.

The event will showcase the digital maturity assessment framework — a system combining analytical, diagnostic, and practical tools for business development. Among these tools will be the “White Paper on Digital Maturity,” which summarizes research and international digitalization experience. The digital maturity matrix will help entrepreneurs determine the development level of their companies, and the “Digital Compass Questionnaire” will provide personalized recommendations for further transformation.
Special attention will be given to the development of digital infrastructure for entrepreneurship — particularly the virtual Pop-Up Zone, which will offer Ukrainian companies more opportunities for online promotion, creating partnerships, and entering international markets.

- Valeriya Ionan, Advisor to the First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine. Former Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine (2019–2025);
- Valeriia Koval, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation for the Development of Ecosystems of Digital and Offline Personalized Services;
- Artem Platonov, Director of the Directorate for the Development of Digital Skills and Digitalisation of Education at the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine;
- Anton Granko, Deputy Director for Digital Transformation at the State Enterprise “Office for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Export”;
- Anastasia Kucheryava, Head of Partnerships for the Diia.Business Project.
The event will also feature representatives from the Embassy of Japan in Ukraine, UNDP Ukraine, Mastercard, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, Mercy Corps, Civitta Ukraine, IT Association Ukraine, and the Center for Innovation Development.
As part of the event, two open discussions will take place, focusing on practical solutions for the digital transformation of small and medium-sized businesses:
- The first discussion will focus on financing and innovation, featuring representatives from the Ministry of Digital Transformation, UNDP Ukraine, Mastercard, UKRSIBBANK BNP Paribas Group, and Civitta Ukraine.
- The second discussion will cover technologies and digital solutions for the development of SMEs, bringing together representatives from Diia.Business, IT Association Ukraine, SendPulse, Vchásno, and YouControl.
